Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in New York

obcenity/children

walmart has an ad in it's entrance of a topless baby in a seductive pose with a ball nestled between it's legs. at minimum this is inappropriate and should not be used as a way to sell portraits. after researching i am still not clear if the law spells it out as i have read miller v california. i can send the file to you for your interpretation. thanks

I have seen the ad (assuming it is the same one)The child is not in a "Seductive pose."
