married filing separately

If my spouse is convicted of tax fraud for a return that he filed separately during our marriage, am I responsible for the tax debt incurred from that return even if I was not listed on the return?

You would not have any responsibility to pay any income tax to any governmental authority with respect to a tax return you did not sign.
