The charge deals with blocking interfearing with the flow of vehciular traffic. The charge is a violation, not a crime. However, I always recommend that someone have a lawyer when they go to court to make sure that you are not taken advantage of. The wrong date won't get the case dismissed.

This an appropriate criminal court summons, however it is not as severe as it seems. In order to offer more specific assistance I would need to see the actual summons or a good copy ,upon a viewing of such I will be able to greatly be of help. You may call my office for a free consultation @718-834-0087,and you may fax me a copy of the summons @718-252-3868 so I may analyze this further.
