Legal Question in Traffic Law in New York
Miswritten License # and First Name
The state trooper who recently gave me a ticket miswrote my license # by duplicating a number and miswrote my name by omitting a repeated letter. May I contest or ignore this ticket based on the grounds that it fails to properly identify me in any way?
