problems with trustee

Ihave not received a k-1 form from the trustee of my trust of which i am beneficiary since the trust was established a few years ago. I was told it wasnt needed

that it would damage my disability qualifications.

it is my understanding that this form is required and i have requested it many times with no answer.

there is a small income from the trust

what are my rights and obligations

has lost some of the principal . therefore he is

not abiding by some of the provisions in the trust.

Demand that the Trustte present an accountin.

If that fails visit the clerk's office at the Surrogate's Court in your county.

Hire a competent lawyer.
