Legal Question in Workers Comp in New York

Does an employee termination letter for workers compensation insurance settlement need anything very specific (other than facts, timeline, etc). Employee has been on workers comp for more than a year.

You should contact an Employment Law attorney their are many FMLA considerations, possible ERISA guidelines and a slew of labor laws that you should know about. Unfortunately, there is no easy way around this one, you are going to have to pay for a consultation with a competent Employment Lawyer in your area.
