Legal Question in Banking Law in North Carolina
emblezzlement
I worked for a company and monies went into my wife's bank account. I didn't not intiate nor was I able to authorize such transaction. The CFO of the company authorize the transactioin, but now they are trying to say I had something to do with it, but I had no knowledge the monies. What type of evidence will they need to convict me.

They will have to prove actual or implied knowledge of the deposits or beneficial use of the funds.
