Can an employer move an employee from thier regular job when an accusation of sexual harassment has been filed by this employee against a supervisor?

Short answer is "yes," UNLESS the move causes a deprivation of the employees seniority, salary, benefits, etc.. In that case, the employer is violating a protected right to be free not only from sexual harassment, but to be able to report it without retribution.
