Execution against property

I have a judgement for 9000.00 na entered an agreement to make mothly payments. It was to be received from within 30 days of the letter i received. It was dated 8/5 received around 8/7/8/8. I mailed payment on 9/5 on 9/8 i receive an motion to claim exempt property. What should I do?

Whatever else you may need to do, you should definitely fill out that exemption within 20 days of receipt.
