Legal Question in Immigration Law in North Carolina

b1/b2 visa

i was previously in the usa on f-1 visa but left school and stayed in the usa and didn't leave until after 3 years. during this period i switched my visa to b1/b2 then later i applied for labor certification and i was working legally. now i like to return to the usa as a visitor, will i be denied entry since i broke my student visa requirements?

Was there a date on your I-94 or did it say D/S?
