Legal Question in Immigration Law in North Carolina
Wife entered country with B-2 visa
Wife entered country with B-2 visa that expired in 1987 while married to a military man. She divorced him and we are now married. What is the next step?
1) I-130 (G-325A)
2) I-485 (G-325A,I-864,9003,I-693,I-765)
All at the same time or in order? Another question; There is no white card(I-94) in her passport. What do I do about that? Am I missing any forms?
Thanks for your help!

Re: Wife entered country with B-2 visa
Did your wife file any paperwork with the immigration service during her first marriage? You will need to know that first.
If her I-94 (white card) is missing from her passport, you will need to file for a replacement copy.
If you would like to set an appointment for further discussion, I would be happy to assist. Please contact me by email.
My best wishes.
