can i still get my green card

hello,

i wanna know maybe i can still have my green card. my father filed for me last year. i was in florida then because we live there together, but unfortunately we had miss understanding, so he did not continue the process for me. my work authorization expired this month and the immigration wrote me that they have denied my application.

now i wanna marry my fiance, can still she petition for me to get my green card. pls i need help.

It is very difficult to say what can be done unless we see the paperwork that was filed by your father and the response you received back. If you can contact us at (732) 985-1310 and provide us the documentation we should be able to help out.

If your fiancee is a US citizen and you plan to marry her in the near future we can help out with that paperwork as well. But as mentioned, we would like to see all documenation before advising a course of action.
