Legal Question in Real Estate Law in North Carolina

What are my rights to my personal possessions in a foreclosure situation?

i sold my home right before the scheduled foreclosure sale to someone who flips houses. I was not able to move until after closing. New owner would not allow piano movers in to move my piano out - said I could after i got everything else out, which I did, and now he still will not let me move the piano. It is a 30,000 dollar baby grand. I feel this is theft on his part, as he refused to allow the movers in. Is this legal???

That doesn't make sense to me.
