Yes and no. I do not know what assets your father had and whether there is enough to pay his bills. You pay the bills, but out of estate funds, not your own. If there is enough assets, you pay everybody in full and distribute what is left. If there is not enough assets, then bills are paid in specific order of priority. No bills should be paid until the claims period specified in the notice of publication has ended.
