Legal Question in Business Law in Ohio
My brother and I started a company five years ago after one year we took in a third brother as partner, we have found that the older brother had filed sole ownership and is trying to give us a small percent of this company we broke our back to build and it will in my opinion be a lucrative internet giant. what can I do? we were never paid and had verbal partner agreement with one another.

As a Franchise Attorney I can say verbal agreements can be just as enforceable as written ones. The problem, of course, will be proving the terms of your verbal agreement. There is not enough information in your post to give any meaningful advice. You really need to consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area to review all facts and circumstances so specific advice is possible.
