Legal Question in Business Law in Ohio
Buyout never recieved
Retired November 30 2001 never received buyout of 75,000, since leaving lost package receieved. Co. will not send me another copy. Suffering from Multiple Sclerosis. Do I've any recourses or lawsuit Because I never was informed

I'm not sure I fully understand the background to your question. If you are entitled to buy-out proceeds that you have not received, then a lawsuit can be filed to enforce your claim.
