Small Business Idea - Is it legal?
Question: I would like to start a small business. The business I have in mind would actually resell new or gently used household items from name brands such as Pottery Barn, Eddie Bauer, Martha Stewart, etc. I am interested in getting my supplies from Ebay. Is this legal or are there restrictions?
