How to Report an Illegal business operating on the Internet
I've reported illegal business activity to the Secretary of State for an online business. How do I get their site off the Web? Only a name for the Webmaster is listed..how do I contact the Web hosting company?

It's not that simple to have a site thrown off of the internet. There are many first ammendment rights which are protected even though you believe that the site is illegal. The only one that I know of where they will automatically shut it down is kidde porn.
However, you can go to www.nsi.com and look under the section whois and find out who is hosting the referenced site. You may have some luck there but usually it will take an injunction to shut down the site.
