PayDay Loans & repayment options

I have several payday loans out, that due to theft of a partner i cant repay. they total about $2000. can i include these under credit counseling as unsecured loans? what are my options?

You should be able to include this in a restructuring. It should not be considiered a secured debt such as a house or car.
