payment via phone checks
If I have partially paid a debt to a debt collector over the phone by giveing my checking acct number and routing information, can they use this information to withdraw additional funds without my consent?

No, they cannot use your numbers, unless you authorize a continuing transfer.

They can if they have obtained a judgment against you.
