cpo in ohio

i currently have a cpo in ohio from my husband.i would like to drop the cpo and i have a court date on thursday.the judge said he recommends that i get an attorney.i dont want the cpo anymore.please help?

If the Judge says get a lawyer. My advice is to get a lawyer. Dropping a CPO is not a difficult thing, but Judges want to make sure they are protecting you as well as themselves. I'd be happy to help.
