Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio
I have custody of my two children (both teens) and my exhusband's visitation is one day during the week, every other weekend, and one week during the summer. He moved out of state a few years ago and they would only see him for a few weeks during the summer. He smokes marijuana in front of them and drinks around them. He has driven after drinking a number of times (with them in the car). My kids have told me that he talks to them about stupid things he does when he is drunk and he talks to them about the fact that marijuana is good for him, should be legalized, etc. Also, he has not paid child support in over a year and a half. Right now, I am most concerned about his influence on my kids and I am wondering if there is anything I can do legally.

You can go back to court and ask for a modification of his visitation rights. With your ex-husband's habits, it is possible that you could get supervised visitation.
