Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

paternity

My father is dead. he only has one legal relative living, a grandson. I would like to know if he is really my father. Can I get a court order for the grandson to submit to a paternity test or to exume his body for testing?

I doubt if you could either force the grandson or get an exhumation unless there is some need to know. Won't the grandson submit willingly?
