Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Ohio

Employer Indirect Cause of Injury

A man found me and some others at a homeless shelter in Columbus. He told us he would pay us to work at his detail shop in Mansfield, housing included. He paid me $3 each day for first three days, and no money afterwards. Other guys worked for him and didnt get paid either. We just had housing, food, transportation, and whatever clothes he gave us. He made us do whatever he wanted. He told us when to get up, how long to work, (sometimes 48 hr shifts), when to eat.. and we could not leave him or his house at any time. He also made us go to church. I did this for a year because i was scared of him and didnt know why the other guys worked for him (maybe because they had warrants). Trying to find an answer in church, I started to have psychological issues (stuck my head in a toilet), thought everyone was after me, etc.. and I finally lost it and jumped off a four story building, because I thought it was the only way I could see ''Jesus''. Well, my ankles have been shattered, my back broken, and my wrists fractured as well. I have to deal with the consequences of broken health all my life. I think this guy should be sued. What category does this lawsuit fall under, and what can I do? Thankyou
