filing a motion to vacat/stay a judgement
i have a judgement for a medical bill that my insurance didnt pay for,,there tring to garnish my pay check,,i need to file a motion to vacate/stay the judgement.any help?

You need to contact your insurance company and get them to start the process of paying it...In the meantime we can file something to stop the garnishment.
