Newpaper error

my picture was printed in error, in the newpaper associate with a wrongful death suit, which is now causing all kinds of stressfull, acquisations, from coworkers, etc. how do I proceed with this

Defamation suits are hard to win against the media. Your best option here is probably to make sure the newspaper is aware of the mistake and ask them print a retraction.

In order to possibly have a case against the newspaper, you would have to be able to prove that they either knew you were not the right person or that they should have known but did not care to check.
