Our old childcare provider has our portable crib (valued at $200) and will not return it or let us pick it up at her house. What can we do to get it back?

Re: property
Dear Reader:
Regrettably, you may have to file suit against your former childcare person, to recover your child's bed. Actions like these may be brought in Small Claims Court.
BEFORE FILING SUIT, HOWEVER, You may wish to have an Attorney make a telephone call or write a letter to try to persuade the person to turn over your property without the need to file suit.
Good luck.
Sincerely, J. Norman Stark, Cleveland, Ohio
