rulings
can a common pleas court judge rule on US codes,or Truth in lending act and Vehcile Leasing Act ? or are they only allowed to rule on the ORC?

With few exceptions, state courts can decide cases involving federal law. Many federal statutes such as the Truth in Lending Act confer concurrent jurisdiction on state courts meaning that the case can be brought in and decided by either a federal or state court.
