Legal Question in Immigration Law in Ohio

Iam a conditional resident After marrying to my wife in July 2003,Got Conditional green card in Sep 2004,Iam supposed to File for I 751 in 2006.We are living together in same aprtment till now,except for 5 onths in between when my wife had a bay at her moms place. my wife left the baby at her moms place .My wife is having severe depression with her eating disorder ,she feels guilty for everyting and she threatens to kill her.

My wife some times want divorce and some times ask me not to leave her.But I dont want to give divorce and bebe blamed for failure of amrriage.But In the end my wife may not sign I 751 and try to get me deported to my owncountry and keep the baby with her parents.So Iam In dilemma whether to apply for divorce on my own or just wait till end.

My questions to you Are

1.How are my chances if i apply for divorce to have a green card,Because I dont want to take any risk and get deported.

2.We live in ohio.I Have little income I support family.my wife goes to school,initially her parents helped me.We have a lease agreemnet for our apartment for more than 2 yrs

We have bank account and credit card.our Joit utility bills,car insurance,AAA card,Sams everthing come to our address on her name.but usually I

There is a possibility that you may be able to file for a waiver of the joint filing requirement if the circumstances of your situation permit. You must have entered into the marriage with bona fide intent.
