battered wife(conditional green card )
i got married sept 2006 to a us citizen and got my conditonal green card on feb 07, after 2 months of marriage, i have been a battered wife. i want to have my injuries blottered but i never did bec. i want to save our marriage. what will happen to me if i will leave my husband? what will happen to my green card? i need help!!!

As long as you are able to prove that when you married your husband, it was an honest or "bonifide" marriage, you should be able to change your conditional permanent residency to permanent residency. Many times, abusive spouses hold the green cards over the heads of the victim spouses. You might need an attorney for this.
