We hired an attorney to help us with a bankrupcy and to try an save our home. We tried many times to call she is never there or calls back until the last minute We feel she is not helping or advicing us correctly What can we do? and who do we call to get help in Erie County

On the facts you have provided, I would contact another bankruptcy attorney to see if s/he would take over your case. Also, you can call the Erie county Bar Association or the Ohio Bar Association an ask for help.
