Legal Question in Personal Injury in Ohio
If I complained to my employer about work safety and my fears of injury due to co-workers disrespectful approach to safety and nothing was done by the company and I was injured as a result of their negligence to comply with OSHA policies and safety guidelines, would I even have a possible claim for a "tort" lawsuit against them?

Based on the limited information provided in your question - yes. In fact, it is possible you could have an intentional tort, depending on the circumstances and nature of your injury. I have been involved on both sides of such claims. Please call me at your earleist convenience to discuss.
