Legal Question in Personal Injury in Ohio

non-qualified personel

I was attending DUI school as ordered by the court, I took my prescribed medications as directed by the school. When I needed my shot for a migraine headache the attendant said she was qualified to administer the shot. She bent the needle while giving it to me and used another cartridge. Afterwards when I started feeling sick she admitted to me that she wasn't qualified to administer the medication. Should I sue her or the school for this incident?
