Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Ohio

family property

We have property split three ways in family. One member of the family wants to sell out her house, but another member of the family wont let her use his part of the drive-way to come across to her house if the house is sold. The land has been in our family for 60 years and the house was built first does she have any legel rights to have the new owners cross over his part of the drive?

One should not transfer a property without ingress or egress privileges. The new ownersmay have to file an action in order to allow access to the driveway.
