Fraudulent Real Estate Practices
I know that I have been sold property in Ohio in a Real Estate fraud. What can I do and is there an attorney that would work with me on a contingency basis? I live in California and the properties are in Ohio. There are quite a few people involved in this fraud and I would like to start a civil action against them. I am not the only one that this person schemed on, and I do not have names. I do however have all the information on the parties involved in my case. I would appreciate any help or advice. We would need to review the relevant underlying documents in order to ascertain whether suit would be pursued here in California, or in Ohio, or in some other locale. It must also be decided whether to pursue the claim in State or Federal court.

If this involves Joanne Schneider and her husband in Cuyahoga County, the receiver is moving to have all of their "mortgages" voided as fraudulent conveyances. According to the local newspaper all of their assets have already been liquidated by the receiver.
