Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Ohio

Last Will and Testament - AMMENDMENT

I wish to make an ammendment to my Last Will and Testament. I plan to withdraw Section III then add a different Section III. The substitution includes real estate. I am going to get my signature notorized as well as getting 2 witnesses on the AMMENDMENT. Will that suffice? Thank you.

Re: Last Will and Testament - AMENDMENT

The amendment or codicil must be signed by you after the last dispositive paragraph, must refer to your earlier will including its date, and be signed in the presence of, and with the signatures of two adult disinterested witnesses. A notarization is not needed, and may invalidate the document.
