Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Ohio
Parent's Home in Children's Name
Our mother deeded over her home in my brother's and my name.
She now has a chance to get into a senior community housing
project. We would like to either give back her house so she can
use the money for that or would it be better for us to sell the house
and then give her the money from the sale?

Re: Parent's Home in Children's Name
It would probably be simpler to just sell the house, as there are fewer transactions involved.
