What is required to privately sell a condo in Ohio? What legal forms are needed and what needs to filed where?

Dear Condo Seller:

Please consult your condominium declaration and by-laws package, which should describe specifically what is required by a seller of that particular condo complex property.

You may be required to provide notice to the other owners, or to provide them with an opportunity of first refusal (to purchase), or whatever. The "Dec" ( Declaration) is a contract and you are bound to comply with its terms.

Please consult experienced legal counsel...it may be well worth the minimal investment.
