Hello,

In the past 2 or 3 months I’ve been in the process of installing a scenic pond around my property. However, the process has been somewhat slow and the neighbors are beginning to complain about approximately 650-750 Ilbs. Of concrete ruble that will be used in the process, but yet has remained otherwise unused.

What advice can you give me?

Are there any legal ramifications for having such an amount of material on your property

for an extended period of time? What kind of complaint can be filed with the city if any?
