Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Ohio

Transfer On Death Deed Benificiary

My late mother signed her house over to my Sister and I via Transfer on Death Deed. I would like to remove myself from the deed and make her the sole owner. Is this possible? Should I go back to the lawyer who did the original paperwork for us to have this done?

Re: Transfer On Death Deed Benificiary

You can use the last attorney, or get the deed drawn yourself. You and your sisiter must both sign it, and there need no transfer on death language involved.
