Legal Question in Traffic Law in Ohio
unpaid liability from the state
this happened 11 years ago.i was backing a truck on privte propley.when a state car came down the alley. the side of the car was hit by the hitch on the back of the truck.the truck was not mine.i was citie for backing without due cause.i was never found guilty of this.why do i have to pay for this. when it was not my fault

Unless you are sued, and they win, then would have to pay. If you havent been sued you should contest this.
