I've received a waiver of partial account requesting my signature. By signing this am I giving up any present or future rights to the estate?

You are only exempting the executor from filing an account of his or her transactions in the estate to this date. If you are concerned about the handling of the estate you may want to require a partial account so that you can see what has been occurring. Once the partial account is filed you can file exceptions if appropriate.
If a partial account is waived the executor will still need to file a final account at the end.
You should consult with an attorney who can review the facts of your situation and adivse you accordingly.
