Daughter suing mother's estate
My mother died Jan 21, 2004. Her estate is not yet in probate. I found out that my sister,the youngest child in the family, is suing mom's estate for her son's bicycle wreck, which had nothing to do with mom's property or car. He rode a bike out in front of a car several blocks from the house they are living in. How is she able to sue mom's estate? I don't get it.

It doesn't appear to be any connection. You'll have to wait and see what the lawsuit says.
