dead beneficiary
my dad died a few months after my grandpa,my dad is listed in his will,will me and my siter get my dads share of his inheritance

It depends what your father's will read if he had one. He (or his estate) will eventually receive his inheritance from your grandfather. Then your father's estate would pass according to his will or if he did not have one under Ohio statute to his wife and if no wife, then to his children.
