Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio

My mother died, had a living trust. I am successor trustee. I am the only benificiary. There are stocks in the turst name. What documents do I need to get the stock transferred into my name and to dissolve the trust? What kind of forms or proof of being the successor trustee do I need?

Whether you can dissolve the trust depends on the terms of the trust. You will need to contact the stock transfer agents to determine what paperwork they will require to either name you as successor trustee or to dissolve the trust.
