If you receive a waiver of notice of probate & are sent the will which appoints someone of trustee of the trust, are you entitled to a copy of the trust?

If you are a beneficiary of the trust the trustee must provide you with a copy of the trust.

Yes, you are, and, if this is a testimentary trust, or a trust that is created from the will and administered through probate, a copy of the trust should be on file with the court and available to anyone to view it.
