Legal Question in Family Law in Oklahoma

I have an almost 5 year old son, Hayden. His last name is differnet than mine, I gave him his biological fathers name. His real dad has never seen him not even at birth. I am now married and my husband, Justin, is Haydens dad in every way. I want to change Haydens last name to my married name but I dont want to do the adoption yet. How do I do this?
