Legal Question in Family Law in Oklahoma

My attorney filed a Motion to Withdraw because I couldn't pay her. My husband and his current wife (both attorneys) filed a response to the motion objecting to her withdrawing from the case. Since I cannot pay her, how do I respond to the response to the motion to withdraw?
