Legal Question in Family Law in Oklahoma
I want to give my kids to my separated husband and he is willing to sign a notarized letter stating he will never try to get child support and he will not leave the state. will this paper be legal if he trys to come back later requesting child support.

No. Only a court order can relieve you from your obligation to support your children. It is unlikely that a court would relieve you from this obligation, unless your children were adopted by their step-mother (in the event your husband remarries).
