Legal Question in Family Law in Oregon
My SO and I lived together from December 2008, in a house that he owned. He died suddenly in January 2010, leaving no will. He has 2 adult children, one of whom has said he wants to start moving into the house at the end of February. Do I have any rights here at all?

NO, you do not have any legal rights. As a matter of law, you were simply a guest in someone else's home. Upon the death of the host, the guest how happened to be in the home when the host died does not gain any legal right to continue to stay.
Also, people who choose to live together without being married are choosing by that conduct NOT be to treated by the law in the samd manner as if they were married. Had you and your SO been a married couple, you would have legal rights upon your spouse's death. But there is a world of legal difference between a spouse and an SO.
